Doritos Crusted Chicken Strips
Ingredients:
•2 Bags of Doritos, any flavor (I used Nacho Cheese)
•2 Eggs
•4 tablespoons milk
•4 chicken breasts
Instructions:
1.Preheat oven to 400
2.Cut chicken into strips (about 1")
3.Place Doritos in a Ziploc bag and crush until you have 3 cups of crushed Doritos. (You don't want them powder, a few bigger chunks are ok).
4.In another small bowl beat together eggs & milk.
5.Dip each strip in the egg mixture and then into the Doritos mixture. Press the chips into the chicken making sure the whole strip is coated.
6.Place on a foil lined pan and lightly spray the tops of the chicken with cooking spray.
7.Bake 15-17 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
