Deep Fried Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients: 
Flour Tortillas 
Eggs
Tomatoes
Onions
Bacon
Sausage
Hashbrowns
Green Peppers
Mushrooms
Cheese
(Pick your Favorite breakfast burrito contents)
Oil for Frying

Instructions:
1. Cook ingredients, with the exception of cheese, that you will to use for your breakfast burrito. I like to cook everything at once with a splash of red wine.
2. Fill tortilla with cooked ingredients and cheese to taste. Wrap it up & seal it with an egg wash & toothpicks.
3. Fry in 350 degree oil until golden brown.
